In 26 years, Peter has gained a wide range of experience on a great variety of projects.  He has worked on large office complexes like 303 2nd Street in San Francisco, 2101 Webster Street in Oakland, Sun Microsystems Menlo Park Campus, as well as having designed parking structures for Intel Corp. and Hillsdale Shopping Center.  More recently Peter has focused on satisfying the needs of RMJ's retail clients such as the Gap, Limited Brands, William-Sonoma and others.  These experiences have given him a depth of knowledge which enables him to deal with the most demanding and complex engineering problems while accommodating the versatility and expedience required in today's market place.

Jayson's design experience helps him to understand the needs of a wide range of clients.  He understands retail design from both the landlord and tenant's perspective having worked on the new Riverwoods Shopping Center in Utah and having designed many retail tenant spaces for Victoria's Secret, Old Navy, Restoration Hardware and many more. His wood frame experience includes residential apartments such as Miramar in Foster City as well as several hotels including the Holiday Inn Express in Windsor and the Hilton Garden Inn in Gilroy.  He has also worked on many new and renovated market buildings including several Whole Foods Markets.
